Providence, RI – David DeQuattro, CEO and Managing Principal of RGB Architects, has been fully exonerated following a pivotal decision by the First Circuit Court of Appeals. On October 21, 2024, the Court ordered DeQuattro’s acquittal, clearing his name and allowing him to continue leading the nearly 80-year-old Rhode Island-based architecture and design firm.
This unanimous ruling by a three-judge panel marks the conclusion of a challenging period for Mr. DeQuattro and reaffirms his steadfast belief in the American justice system. Reflecting on the decision, he expressed both gratitude and optimism.
